Thanks to his uninterrupted performance in Projects and Services, he led projects, ranging from operational to strategic, in Argentina, Paraguay, Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Spain, the United States and the United Kingdom. He has implemented Startups, New Products, Engineering Development Factories, Solution and Consulting Areas, Engineering Maintenance & Operations Areas and Innovative Business Models.

He led the creation of on and off-shore service centers of up to 300 people. Since 2003 he has specialized in the creation and development of Project Management Offices (PMOs) for large companies. Since 2013 he has led organizational change, process improvement, and highly critical projects for energy, insurance, retail and public sector industries. Having obtained the PMP certification in 2004, he applied it together with agile methodologies in project offices creating ad-hoc solutions for each challenge. Furthermore, he supported ISO quality programs and led process improvement, CMMI appraisal and ITIL and COBIT assessment projects.
